As a part of Disability Day Art & Action-festival we want to welcome you to Pertin Valinta on 30th of November from 6:30 pm forward to see new art films and a documentaries that explore what it can be like to be an artist outside the norm.

Out by Art-documentaries trace the paths of five artists who are active at various Nordic studios for disabled people in their work with art film. Without previous experience of filmmaking, they have used the camera as a tool for new ways of seeing and communicating. Artistic and personal processes are brought together in the films, which open up for discussions on issues of exclusion and inclusion, outsider art and artistic practices. Out by Art premiered at Moderna Museet on 20th April 2018.
